Strategic Hire Program

•  “The purpose of the strategic hire program is to add senior individuals to the ORNL staff that bring critical skills and can build and lead new research programs and areas. In general strategic hires will be established investigators, have demonstrated the ability to develop substantial programs, and/or be otherwise well qualified for substantial research or organizational leadership roles. Individuals of substantial promise at earlier stages in their careers and who bring expertise critical to major ORNL strategic thrusts may also be supported through this program.”
