Getting Started/Purchasing• Go to iTunes apps and search for FutuHR• Click on Free under FutuHR to Download• Open app on device and login with your e-mail address• An e-mail will be sent to you in order to login the application• Once in the application, you will need to enter your company information and billing /credit card data. Be sure to enter the NSS Payment Code (RENN022)for your discount!• Begin manual data entry or import your data using the migration tool• You will be billed monthly based on the number of employees in the system

Implementation Plan

• Use the migration tool to import existing data • Administrators need to create necessary table values for payroll periods, payroll groups and other required fields• Verify employee and table values• Open application to employees and managers for general use and Time & Attendance functions• Employees/Managers will be e-mailed by app to login and enter new password• Have users enter app and update necessary personal information
