Registering for Electives

Portal opens Feb. 19 and closes Mar. 8 to register for electives.Make sure parents have a portal

password or use yours from school.The school will put in your core

classes. You just select your electives.Be SURE you select several

alternates.

Teachers recommend honors levelTeachers recommend AP Human Geo.

If you would like to change a core class, complete a waiver on the HS website by April 12th.

It typically gets changed.

Must pick as an elective. It is only a semester course, so you

must select another semester course to go with it: World Geography, etc.

$100.00 made out to NFHS is due to Sandra Sutton by Mar. 8th.

12 to 14 areas speaking for 8 minutes.Longer in the last session.Ask intelligent, helpful questions.This is your only chance to hear the info.

Know your HS counselor

The high school counselors are assigned students alphabetically..

The letters change every year, so find out whom you have for next year.

It should be listed in the registration packet coming on the 13th of Feb.

Parents must provide TWO proofs.One must be a mortgage stmt., lease

agreement, or property tax bill ANDOne must be a utility bill with the

name and home address – NOT a cell phone bill!
