Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of this Win tickets to Future Music Festival Asia contest(the Contest) is NBCU Global Networks Asia Pte Ltd ("NBCU").

2. The Contest is only open to persons above 18 years of age (as of 15March 2013) who are subscribers of the E! Entertainment channel in thefollowing territories: Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

3. Directors, officers and employees of NBCU or its affiliates, agents,advisers, advertising and promotional agencies, associated vendors andtheir respective immediate families are not eligible to participate in theContest.

4. The Contest commences at 11:00HRS on 19 February 2013 and ends at23:59HRS on 25 February 2013 (Singapore time) (the Contest Period).

5. HOW TO ENTER:a. The participant must answer the following question Name two

artists performing at Future Music Festival Asia? as well as finishthe following sentence, in 30 words or less, I want to go to FutureMusic Festival because

received by NBCU prior to 11:00HRS on 19 February 2013February 2013 (Singapore Time) or after 23:59HRS on 25 February2013 February 2013 (Singapore time) will not be eligible for theContest.

6. There will be one (1) Singapore winner (Singapore Prize Winner), one(1) Philippines winner (Philippines Prize Winner), and ten (10)Malaysia winners (Malaysia Prize Winner(s)) of the Contest (each aPrize Winner, and collectively, Prize Winners), of which will beannounced at the conclusion of the Contest Period. The Prize Winners willbe selected from eligible entries by NBCU in its absolute discretion.

7. The prize for the Singapore Prize Winner includes a 3D2N trip to KualaLumpur, Malaysia (Singapore Prize). The Singapore Prize includes;

a. return economy flight tickets from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur fortwo people, inclusive of airport tax;

b. two consecutive nights of twin share accommodation (not inclusiveof meals and any hotel incidentals);

residence, likeness, other details and particulars and all footage recordedbefore, during, and after the Contest and prize fulfilment. For theavoidance of doubt, the Prize Winners acknowledge that NBCU shall beunder no obligation to use or broadcast any of the footage of the PrizeWinners and/or their Companions (defined below). Without prejudice to

the foregoing, it is a condition of entering this Contest that each PrizeWinner and his/her companion/s nominated by the Prize Winner toexperience or fulfil the Prize with the Prize Winner (Companion) agreeto be filmed and photographed during fulfilment of the Prize, including(without limitation) during participation in any behind the scene activitiesand to sign all documents reasonably necessary to effect any consents orgrant of rights required by NBCU under this clause 14. The Prize Winnersshall be wholly responsible for the acts and omissions of theirCompanions in connection with the Contest, these Terms and Conditions,and the Prize.

15. Award of the Prizes is conditional upon each Prize Winner and theirCompanion agreeing to and signing all release forms and/or agreementsand/or any additional documentation required by NBCU and/or Milk PR.Failure to complete, sign and return any such documentation promptly willresult in disqualification of the entry of the participant, and forfeiture and/orcancellation of the Prizes.

16. NBCU reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed prize to otherparticipants or donate any unclaimed prize to any charitable organization.

17. Personal information of participants will be collected to enable NBCU toadminister and promote this Contest and to contact the Prize Winners,and may also be provided to other third parties assisting NBCU in thisregard, including without limitation sponsors of this Contest, suppliers ofPrizes and deliverers, and authorities which regulate this Contest (ifapplicable). If a participant does not truthfully provide all the requestedpersonal information, NBCU reserves the right to disqualify or rejecthis/her entry.

18. NBCU, its affiliates, agents and their respective directors, officers andemployees will not be responsible or liable for:

a. any losses, damages, liabilities, deaths, injuries, claims, demands,and/or proceedings (collectively, the Liabilities) incurred orsuffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure (including lostentries, upload delay or loss) in receiving and submitting the entriesas a result of any communication error, interruption, human errorand/or failure by NBCU and/or any third party;

b. any Liabilities incurred or suffered by any participant or theirCompanion resulting from their participation in this Contest orfulfillment of any prize;

c. any error (including error in notification of winner), omission,interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, orunauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whetheror not arising during operation or transmission;

d. any changes made by NBCU or any third party supplier, or theorganizer, administrator or sponsors of this Contest; and/or

e. any Liabilities incurred or suffered arising from any act beyond theircontrol or for any act, omission or default of any third party.

19. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the redemption of any prize shall

constitute a purchase of goods or services by the person redeeming theprize from the supplier supplying the redeemed goods or services, andNBCU assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of thesupplier or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in theredeemed goods or services. NBCU is not an agent of the supplier. Anydispute about the quality or performance must be resolved directly with thesupplier. The use of the redeemed goods or services is subject to suchother terms and conditions that may be imposed by the supplier supplyingthe goods or services.

20. NBCU reserves the right to disqualify any participant that NBCU

determines is tampering with the entry process or the operation of thisContest or is engaging in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair toNBCU, this Contest or any other participant, acting in breach or potentialbreach of these Terms and Conditions, or is otherwise ineligible toparticipate in this Contest.

21. NBCU reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay this Contestand its Terms and Conditions.

22. NBCU may assign and transfer any of its rights and obligations underthese Terms and Conditions to any third party.

23.NBCUs decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

24. NBCU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime and without notice. Participation in this Contest shall constituteacceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the amendment thereof.

25. Participants must waive, release, forever discharge, indemnify, holdharmless and defend NBCU and its affiliate companies, and their

respective directors, officers and employees (collectively, the NBCUEntities), from any and all claims, demands, proceedings, cos ts,expenses, losses, damages and other liabilities whatsoever which he/sheand/or his/her Companion may incur or suffer arising out of or inconnection with the Prize, and/or NBCUs exercise of its rights herein

(including but not limited to any harm, invasion of privacy, illness, personalinjury, death, property loss or damage, accident, cancellations, delays,diversions or substitutions) (collectively, Losses).

26. This contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed bySingapore laws, without regard to the conflict of laws. Each participantirrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights on any thirdparty (except NBCUs affiliates), whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rightsof Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) or otherwise, and no third party shall haveany right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
