Rewarding our people’s success is fundamental to us retaining

our talent. It’s not only about financial rewards, it’s also about

recognition.

We run a successful Employee of the Quarter award scheme and

hold an annual NES Global Talent Award ceremony for the top

performers within our company. Both are voted for by our people,

with the winners receiving peer recognition, a financial reward and

trophy.

As part of our graduate scheme, we also offer you access to the

Futures Academy Treasure Box. Each month we retain 10% of any

commission you make and after three years (subject to achieving

specific KPIs) we may double or triple the amount you have saved.

For example, if you have £3,000 in your treasure box, NES Global

Talent may multiply that up to £9,000. This can be used as a deposit

on a home, to pay off student debt or as a deposit on a new car.

The Futures Academy is an in-depth scheme,which is tailored to suit your needs anddesigned to ensure your continuedprofessional development.

In the first and fifth week of the scheme you will receive real life

business simulation training. The initial induction week will be

followed by three weeks in your chosen office where you will receive

on-the-job training, coaching, e-learning and feedback in a structured

manner.

An experienced mentor will be on hand to ensure the learning

continues and will become an important part of your ongoing

professional development.

The Futures Academy is designed to ensure you are given every

opportunity to become a successful consultant as quickly as

possible.

In the past 12 months, our people have taken part in Movember andrun marathons for Pinktober, the Lily Mae Foundation and Macmillan,while our HR Director cycled 500 miles around India. These ventureshave raised over £20,000 for our chosen charities in the last year.

We also work to promote both female engineers and technical staffunder the age of 26 to work in oil and gas, as these are two groupswhich are traditionally underrepresented within the industry.
