• 20%forRIEMAspecificinvestmentjustifications(IJ’s)designedforStateGovernmentinitiativesthatinclude:
o THIRArelatedprojectsfortifymunicipalinfrastructuresystemssuchaspowercontinuity;sharingofresourcessuchaspumpsorgenerators;reminder:noconstructionwillbeconsideredbyRIEMA.
