DESCRIPTION

This week at Empower Church - The Shire we're excited to have Pastor Amber Harris behind the pulpit, sharing the next instalment of Fulfil Your Destiny with us. In this incredible message, Pastor Amber shares on our stewardship of time, and how we can make the most of "Kairos" moments, and redeem our time.

  • Ephesians 5:15-16

(NIV) Be very careful, then, how you livenot as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lords will is.

(ESV) Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the Lme, because the days are evil.

(AMP) Therefore see that you walk carefully [living life with honor, purpose, and courage; shunning those who tolerate and enable evil], not as the unwise, but as wise [sensible, intelligent, discerning people], making the very most of your Lme [on earth, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence], because the days are [lled with] evil.

(NKJV) See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the Lme, because the days are evil.

  • Galatians 6:7-10

7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their esh, from the esh will reap destrucLon; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper Lme we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

  • Acts of faith arent like pebbles dropped in a pool that make a few temporary ripples and then sink to the bo8om, inert. Theyre seeds planted in the soil of life, and they will come up one day. The harvest is inevitable.
