EGOR Eggcrate With Removeable Core

All eggcrate core extract grilles incorporate a 12.5mm square aluminium eggcrate mesh for use where a high free area single side wall grille is required. They can be used in continuous line extract applications and also on supply air for air curtains and down-ward projections of warm air. The units are available to completely replace tiles and are sized at 595 square overall to lay-in to the rear of the tile tee system. Also for hospital and clean area use eggcrates are available with removable or hinged cores to facilitate cle�ning.

Specification and Construction:All aluminium extruded frame with 12.5mm square aluminium core with mitred corners all manufactured from HE9TF.

Sizes:50mm increments from 100mm square. There �re no limits on the over�ll sizes of eggcrates when used with jointing mullions.

Finish:Epoxy polyester powder coat from the RAL range of standard colours.

Fixing:Hidden fixing by screwing to the duct with a removable core or screwed through face flange via N°6 or N°8 18mm long self tap-ping screws provided. Drop in cores, simply remove the lay-in tile and replace with the eggcr�te grille.

Alternative Designs:We are able to offer a range of special shaped eggcrate grilles including circular, triangular and trapezoid.
