PracticePlanet Correlation to the Georgia Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT)

11/28/2007 Introduction v.1.0

Introduction PracticePlanet is a dynamic online test prep/practice program that helps students practice test taking strategies and continuously refresh their memory on the skills that will appear on their high stakes state tests. To accomplish this, Georgia PracticePlanet assessment questions are aligned to the Georgia Performance Standards tested on the Georgia Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT), helping students become familiar with the content of the questions found on these assessments. This Georgia PracticePlanet Correlation book provides information about this powerful alignment. How to use this PracticePlanet Correlation Book As you can see in the example below, the information in this book is presented in two columns. The first three columns contain the details of the Georgia Performance Standards represented on the Georgia Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT), while the last column lists the PracticePlanet Assessment Skill(s) that are correlated with these competencies. By examining this correlation, educators can gain a better understanding of the breadth of content covered by PracticePlanet assessment items.
