Anticipation

Single Burgundy Rose delivered with a small Ivory color stock Tied to the stem. Gold accents along the border to accentuate the cursive Typography

These are to represent new beginnings and to play along with what the atmosphere will be at the wedding.

People will Rsvp by facebook page to keep it streamlined

ArrivalGuests will arrive to a Mirror with a welcome sketched into it. Have Gold and floral trimmings and continue with the cursive font.

After passing the mirror a Welcome table will be a bit farther down where guest can take picture with a modern polaroid camera to make it more personal.

Atmosphere

Gaby is looking to create a fantasy like with Hanging floral ornaments and lights. It would be happening near sunset to take advantage of that golden hour. Most of the ceremony and Reception will be held outside with a semi Tented area for Dinner. Gaby it looking to tie the knot near an aged tree which can represent strength over time.

Her colors she is going with are Ivory, Burgundy and a low sunset.

Appetite

Gaby has always aimed towards being a vegetarian and for her food she is going to focus on mainly vegetarian fair with possible seafood options. It will be a plated dinner so guests can stay seated and keep Conversation flowing. Keeping with the gold accents chargers will have a beaded/ gold pearl trimming. The Cake will have a white washed style icing.

Attire

A fitted tulle, lace bodice that comes in at the waist and then flares out to a full, floor-length skirt with lots of volume for a more formal and traditional bridal look. Henry roth collection

The Groom will go with a Traditional 2 button dark grey tux with Burgundy accents to the bowtie and either pocket piece or boutineer

Bridesmaids will go with complementing the subtle accents of the burgundy Boutonniere and the bride lipstick with burgundy villa dresses.

Groomsmen will wear a lighter shade of grey to help the Groom to stand out more.

AccesoriesWith the Traditional look A cathedral style veil will be paired with some chandelier drop earrings. One thing Gaby can be typically found with is a choker and we found one the complements the earrings while not drawing too much attention.

Her shows will blend very well with her dress with having a springy and playful mesh top

AmusementAlong with the Harpist, a live Dj will be performing with focus on getting people to dance, The tables were shaped in a U position so the center can be utilized as the dance floor and can entertain the people sitting still.

Open bar will be in during almost all of the reception and to finish the night the guests will participate in a lantern send off.

Appreciation As a thanks and something to take home to remember this fairy tale wedding, guest will be going home with a mini wine bottle of either pinot grigio or Cabernet and a Golden wine opener.

Something SpecialSomething special I wanted to do for gaby and her wedding was having a signature cocktail.

Gaby is very proud of where she comes from and we wanted her guests to be able to experience something from puerto rico so we implemented coquito nog. This is a chocolate coconut eggnog that's fairly popular in puerto rico and with having a mid to late fall wedding if perfect for the weather as well!

Gaby also finds family to be one of the most important things to her so with being $1380 under budget, we found it very sentimental to finance a trip to puerto rico to start her honeymoon and to be able to see family that wasn’t able to make it.
