ERA-EDTA Young Nephrologists' Platform (YNP) Advisory Program:

Program was started on 01.02.2015.

Program ended on 31.01.2016

This carrier development program aims to support young professionals to improve and build a

successful career in Nephrology. It consists of an exchange of experiences between the

Advisee (Dr. Abduzhappar Gaipov) and Advisor (Dr. Miklos Z Molnar). The advisee is a

developing junior professional or trainee, and is paired with an advisor, a senior professional

who has experience in the area that the advisee is interested.

from Division of Nephrology, Department of Medicine University of Tennessee Health Science

Research Fellowship (Granted by ERA-EDTA):

Title of the scientific project: Acute Kidney Injury after Cardiac Surgery: the ways of its

prevention and treatment (Scientific supervisor: Prof. Dr. Suleyman TURK from Selcuk
