Outsourcing Companies: I put it lowest because it rarely happens with major game companies nowadays.

Developers: I put this in middle because they are the people who actually make the games and promote them with trailers and adverts on websites. However, I find that when compared to the actual console makers themselves, it is not as important because they need the consoles in order to play the games anyway.

Press & Media/Distribution & Retail: I put these two as the most important because I think they are both the biggest factors in the video game industry. The Press & Media is very important because the critics reviews of the game can seriously impact how much money the games make. The Distribution & Retail are just as important because they need to be sold in available numbers so there are enough copies for people to buy, and that they need to be distributed correctly so the developers can gain money from the sales they make.
