Between mini-disc golf tournaments, rock star awards, happiness wheels, and murder mystery dinners, this session will teach you how to give your employees a compelling story to tell. You’ll discover the many different applications for gamification, including training and change management, while also learning practical steps and practical techniques for implementing your own program, enabling you to drastically reduce turnover and scale the mountain of engagement. Speaker Background As a client services manager for Underwriters Laboratories, Nate Brown’s ambition is to create outstanding customer interactions through creativity, knowledge, and professionalism. He’s a certified HDI Support Center Manager, VP of communications for the HDI Music City chapter, and a regional speaker. Nate’s session on gamification at the 2015 ICMI Expo was among the conference’s highest rated.
