About the company The company GANDIA BLASCO, which is nowadays known for its
outdoor furniture line, was set up in 1941 as a family business,
manufacturing blankets. In the mid-1980s, it made a product shift to
innovative, well-designed home textiles and furniture. New product
lines share the same values and attributes: they all combine the biggest
comfort in functionality with an extremely high aesthetic component.
These factors helped towards the consolidation of the expansion
business strategy and thus to stand out as a worldwide leader in
outdoor design furniture.
Products
The company has currently two product lines: outdoor furniture, which
is distributed under the brand GANDIA BLASCO, and textiles (rugs and
duvet covers) with the newly created brand GAN RUGS. In spite of the
diversity of styles and shapes, all of these products share the same
basic concept: fresh products, with highest quality materials, elegant,
functional and with different and exclusive designs that make them
unique. Ideas and shapes that are not a mere response to home
situations, but combine warm, contemporary, striking or surprising
designs that define a lifestyle.
Outdoor furniture, the cornerstone of the company, is currently made
up by more than 20 collections comprising nearly 300 different
products. The catalogue of the company covers each and every need of
outdoor spaces and it is being constantly expanded, trying to solve
new approaches or any detected gap.

JIAN Collection
3
JIAN is a collection of outdoor furniture inspired by the concept of “in-
between” conveyed by the Chinese JIAN character. JIAN is one of the two
characters that forms the words “space, time and people”, among many others.
NERI & HU, who designed this JIAN for GANDIA BLASCO, wanted to create a
collection with a marked ethereal quality, capturing both time and space, the
sky and the land, something to give poetry to outdoor living, and offer a
restful sanctuary to everyday business. Made of thermo-lacquered aluminium
and Solid Surface plate, the collection is made up of various sizes and
functions for different outdoor uses. It includes: armchairs, sofas, modular
sofas, poufs and low tables. Frames are available in different colours (white,
bronze, sand and anthracite) as well as the removable fabric covers.

DOCKS Collection
4
DOCKS is a modular, open and flexible furniture collection that takes into
account the interaction between the pieces and the human body. Cushions
and supports are placed over a light, stackable and easily transportable
aluminum structure to create more complex sofas, beds and rest areas.
Made of anodized or thermo-lacquered aluminium, DOCKS consists of three
basic pieces which allow endless compositions: poufs, beds, sofas, in many
sizes and shapes. The removable fabric covers are offered in a wide choice of
colours. Available frame colours include anodized, white, bronze, sand and
anthracite.

STACK Collection
5
Made of thermo-lacquered aluminium profiles, phenolic plate and Batyline fabric,
STACK is a stackable outdoor furniture collection inspired by the nautical world
with design elements that recall the 60’s and 70’s. The collection’s clean and
straightforward structures, along with the materials used, give shape to simple,
balanced and incredibly light pieces. GANDIA BLASCO’s innovative design uses
self-supporting fabric over the extruded aluminum body to provide this simple
construction with lightness and comfort. Frames are available in different colour
configurations: white, sand, bronze, anthracite, coral, turquoise and pistachio.

designed by
Ana Llobet
Made of 100% recyclable polyethylene and powder coated galvanized steel, the
ergonomic TEXTILE chair is a creation of young designer Ana Llobet who drew
inspiration from sewing techniques and the world of fashion. Parts are joined together
in the same way seams are stitched in clothes. This allows to obtain an item with great
flexibility that adapts to everyone, the same way as a fashion garment. Available in
white, bronze and sand, the collection includes armchairs, dining chairs, benches, low
tables and stools. To maximize personalization, ropes are offered in a wide choice of
colours: white, sand, grey, burgundy, green, blue, navy, brown and black.
ARAM Collection
7
designed by
Nendo
Totally handmade, ARAM is a unique collection of stools and low tables
based on the traditional Indian furniture technique of weaving metal wires
around a metal frame. The spacing among the wires increases gradually,
creating a gradation effect. It features 4 pieces – two stools and two tables
– that can be chosen in different colours: white, taupe, sand, bronze, green,
yellow and anthracite.

Gan!
designed by
Patricia Urquiola
Created by Patricia Urquiola for GAN, BANDAS is a new indoor concept
that takes modularity and versatility to the limit. Focal point of these new
spaces are the attractive rugs that come in different sizes and colours and
are amazingly patterned with oversized stitches forming different grids
across the surfaces. The textile strips are also used to upholster the
modular seats, poufs and the accessories of the collection. All the pieces
are interchangeable in order to adapt to any space, personality and
mood… Life changes and BANDAS changes with you!
