WHAT TO EXPECT

FIXED PRICE QUOTES

Our bespoke quote system has been especially designed to be able to give you accurate prices for your oak frame. This means that the price we quote is for the actual building specification that has been set out in your quote allowing us to give you FIXED PRICE QUOTES. Many other companies will give a rough guide for a similar building, meaning that their quoted prices can change during the course of your project due to engineers’ requirements or simply because of inaccuracies in their original quote. The only time that our price will change is if you want to change the specification.

CLARITY OF OFFERING

Our detailed quotes clearly set out the items which are included, meaning that you can easily confirm that we have quoted all of the items that you require from us and have complete CLARITY OF OFFERING. Our confirmation drawings will also specify the items which we have included in your quote so that you will understand exactly what you are getting for your money before you commit to the order!

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS

Unlike many other companies, there are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS in your quotation. Our supply price includes Structural Calculations and a 10-Year Frame Guarantee.
