How does what we eat affect the world?The more we eat the less we have. In other words: everything we eat is taken out of the environment, we have one less of that thing. Gardens help this fact because we are replacing what we have eaten, most people do not do this. Most people eat out at fast food joints and pizza joints these days, nobody likes healthy foods. Gardens help solve this problem. Gardens also promote being outdoors and exercise. You feel good when you see your plants grow, and even better when you are eating them!
