Half (1) with one of the supplied M6-15 screws (8) using the supplied L-Shaped hex wrench (10).Repeat this with the other two Cross-5. pieces.Position the second Arch Half (1) against 6. the free ends of the Crosspieces (3) and attach it to the Crosspieces with the remaining M6-15 Screws (8).

7. The top arch sub-assembly is now com-plete and ready to be attached to the Arch Sides (2). (See Fig. 1.)With a helper holding one of the sides 8. upright, bring the Arch down onto it, slip-ping the ends of both right and left Arch tubings over the smaller diameter tops of the Arch Side tubes. Be sure the spring-loaded pins snap 9. through the corresponding holes in the Arch tube ends.

10. Repeat this process with the other Arch Side (2) as well. One of the tubes, at each end of the Arch 11. Side has a built-in spring-loaded pin that goes through a corresponding hole in the Arch tube sliding down over it. This locks the Arch sub-assembly to the Arch Side (2). With both Arch Sides (2) attached, locate 12. the Bases (4). These Bases have a short, small diam-13. eter tube attached to each end of the Base. Each short tube has a built-in spring-a. loaded pin just as the Arch Sides (2) have.

Slip the bottoms of the Arch Side tubes 14. over the short small diameter tube on the bases making sure that all of the

four spring-loaded pins go through their respective holes.

15. The Arch is now ready for the gates which will hang and swing on built-in hinges.Find the right-hand Gate (6), 16. Located on the right-hand edge will be 17. the gate’s hinge (two mounted pegs pointing downward). These two pegs are to fit into two metal 18. loops (the Arch part of the hinge) at-tached to the inside of the front of the Arch assembly. Slide the pegs into the loops forming the 19. hinges. This gate will have a loop at-tached to it on the left-hand side at the

21. The gates will now open and close swinging on their hinges allowing access through the Arch. The Sliding Latch on the left-hand gate slides to the right and into the metal loop on the right-hand gate keeping the gates closed.Gate Top Caps (9) ball-shaped parts are 22. fit over the gate’s vertical tubes on either side of each gate.

Assuming the Garden Trellis/Steel Arch 23. is to be located on lawn or dirt sur-face, the four supplied L-Stakes can be pushed through the holes at the ends of the Base, and driven into the ground.
