These highly advanced instruments areequipped with integral sampling systems,unique miniature zirconia and infraredsensors, and microprocessor control todeliver the most accurate and repeatableperformance possible. One touchautomated calibration and product analysismake these analyzers easy to use.

Rugged and compact epoxy clad cabinetry,seamless operator’s console andno-compromise engineering make theseinstruments ideal for both the laboratory orthe demanding climate of the productionfloor.

RS232 output prints product descriptionand sample data to 40 column thermaldesktop printer for hard copy of calibrationand test results. Prints test “Fail” accordingto user defined alarm settings.

Analysis of small sample volumes.Response is typically less than fiveseconds for oxygen and ten seconds forcarbon dioxide. Internal microprocessormanages calibration, autoranging, pumpspeed and duration and many otherfunctions to ensure consistent,error-free results.

Precision flowmeter provides visualconfirmation of sample flow. Unlikewarning lights, users can monitor systemperformance and resolve potentialproblems before they occur.

Can Piercing Station

Locks most recent high or lowconcentration value. Bright, large characterdisplay is easy to read in any lightingcondition. Status lights indicate mode ofoperation.

With a single button the instrument selfcalibrates in just 30 seconds using ambientair.

User friendly software parameters areeasy to enter and can be securedagainst accidental change.

The robust sample probe is designed toaccept standard luer accessories andincludes easily replaced needles andparticulate filters. With a convenient sampleprobe holder to prevent needlecontamination and sample line damage.

OxygenThe oxygen detector utilizes a high purity,stabilised zirconia ceramic and platinumsensor maintained within a hightemperature environment. The sensorproduces a log output which is convertedand linearised to yield a digital readoutdirectly proportional to a sample’s oxygencontent.

Carbon DioxideThis sensor integrates a solid state infraredsource and detector into a single highperformance assembly. Narrow wavelengthfiltering and strict temperaturecompensation ensure that only carbondioxide is measured, even within complexgas mixtures. Precise signal conditioningand microprocessor control provide directdigital indication of CO2 concentrations.
