    Capabilities

Gas Processing Plant Control SystemsWilson Mohr has extensive history

    in providing fully integrated plant

automation systems for new projects or

retrofits in the midstream gas processing

    market. The automation systems may

    include Distributed Control Systems

    (DCS); Programmable Logic Controllers

(PLC); Safety Systems; Fire & Gas

    Systems; Operator Stations and field

    instrumentation. The complete solution

    will be engineered and documented

    to provide excellent performance and

    minimize costs.

    Controls for:

    Separators

    Heaters

    Glycol Dehydration Systems

    Mol Sieve Systems

    Amine Systems

    Electrostatic Coalescers

    JT Plants

    Dewpoint Plants

    Mechanical Refrigeration Plants

    Compressors

    Fire & Gas Detection Systems

    Wellhead Control Panels

    Field Communications Architecture

    The system will provide data collection & controls from remote I/O;

packaged equipment controllers; and MCCs. Fire & Gas and ESD functions

are incorporated into a SIS system, utilizing redundant hardware. Fire & Gas

System includes flame detection; toxic and combustible gas detection, at

sources and fence line. Graphical interface for operations includes displays

for process overviews, controller faceplates, alarm status & history, process

trends, maintenance screen and network health. Public Address/ General

Alarm system is integrated with Voice over IP for telephone system.

Communications to enterprise management systems or historical archiving

    systems are also possible.

Wilson Mohr utilizes a vendor neutral approach to create unique solutions

for each specific application. For older existing facilities Wilson Mohr can

make upgrade recommendations to take advantage of newer technologies

and comply with new standards and regulations. This can improve plant

    performance and increased safety.

    Standardization

Wilson Mohr has developed a standardized approach

to meet customer demands for safe, cost effective,

quickly executed control system. We start with a re-

dundant , dual media communication network. Field

I/O is routed through junction boxes or Remote I/O

panels with redundant power and communications.

    Redundant controllers utilize uniform configuration

commands and objects to insure clarity of functional-

ity and ease of recognition. Redundant data servers

handle engineering station and I/O server functions.

Hardwire interconnection between control system and

skids & process equipment utilize process wiring so-

lutions. Field instrumentation packages with proven

    performance are available.

    Safety Instrumented Systems

Wilson Mohr can provide support in the development

of your plant Safety Requirement Specification solu-

tion. After all potential hazards have been identified

and layer of protection analysis has been completed,

the Safety Instrumented System with all the Safety

Instrumented Functions requirements defined can be

designed. Our engineering staff will select technology,

select architecture, determine test philosophy and per-

form reliability & safety evaluation. Once the Safety

Integrity Level is achieved, the Safety Instrumented

System detail design can be completed. Loop dia-

grams, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, panel layouts,

PLC programming are all part of the complete control

    system.
