SIX AUTO MODES

Boil - Fry - Stew - Steam - Purée - Dough-Making

Recipes are organized by auto modes: Boil, Fry, Stew, Steam, Purée and Dough- Making. The recipes give step-by-step instructions, and once you’ve mastered the machine, you can program manually and develop your own recipes.

Settings (temperature, time and speed) come on automatically during the auto modes; you may also adapt these manually.

Select auto mode, and then choose program, as per the recipe.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES/PARTS

Cooking Bowl

The 4.5 L stainless steel bowl provides sufficient capacity for any recipe. Boil, Fry, Steam, Purée, Dough-Making .... everything starts here.

Hinged lid and measuring cup

A bowl lid opening system to easily add ingredients and monitor the cooking process.

The lid comes with a removable measuring cup for small quantities up to 100 ml.

Mini-Bowl and MiniBlade

Simply use the mini-bowl and stainless steel miniblade, inside the larger bowl, for small chopping and mixing jobs, low quantity recipes or single servings.

Egg Whip

Specially designed to optimize the best whipping results. It’s ideal for incorporating air into eggs and egg whites as well as whipping cream and blending dips for meringues, mousses, soufflé and other desserts.

StirAssist Rotates inside the bowl and ensures ingredients are continually stirred, preventing from burning.

MultiBlade For quick and thorough chopping, mixing and mincing. This stainless steel blade chops coarsely or finely, depending on the speed. The faster the knife rotates, the finer it chops.

Dough Blade To mix and knead dough for breads, pizzas, cakes and other treats.

Steam baskets

Steamer lid, upper and lower steamer baskets

Gently cooking with indirect heat results in delicate, healthy dishes. The upper basket is ideal for steaming fish while the lower one is best for vegetables. Use these baskets at the same time to cook different food/dishes simultaneously.

Inner steam basket

This is one of the 3 special tools for delicate steam cooking. The inner basket allows you to steam or boil fish, fruit and vegetables.

BOIL

150 g onions, peeled and cut

into 4

1 kg tomatoes, cut into 4

1 leek, roughly chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 sprigs of fresh tarragon

2 cubes of beef stock

750 ml water

2 tbsp tomato puree

3 tbsp sugar

350 g freshly prepared meatballs

(2 cm)

pepper & salt

Preparation

Insert the ‘MultiBlade’ into the bowl. Add the onion, tomatoes and leek. Close the lid. Press Pulse for 15 seconds. Open and scrape down.

Add the olive oil to the bowl. Close the lid but remove the measuring cup. Select BOIL P2 and press Start. Step 1 shows on the display. Press Start to

After Step 1: add the parsley, tarragon, stock cubes, water, tomato puree and sugar. Close the lid. Press Start to activate Step 2.

After Step 2: press cancel to exit keep warm mode. Open and remove the tarragon sprigs. Close the lid. Set the timer to 2 minutes, press Start and slowly increase the speed to 10.

Add the raw meatballs to the soup. Close. Set the temperature to 110°C and the timer to 5 minutes. Press Start.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

BOLLIRE

4 persone, zuppa

150 g di cipolla, pelata e tagliata in 41 kg di pomodori, tagliati in 41 gambo bianco di porro, tagliato grossolanamente

2 cucchiai di olio d’oliva

Modalità di preparazione

Inserire nella pentola la lama

’MultiBlade’. Aggiungere

cipolla, pomodoro e porro.

Chiudere il coperchio. Premere

per 15 secondi su Pulse. Aprire

e pulire le pareti con la spatola.

Versare l’olio di oliva nella

pentola. Richiudere il coperchio

rimuovendo però il tappo.

Selezionare BOLLIRE P2 e

premere Start. Sul display

comparirà Passo 1. Premere

Start per confermare.

Dopo il Passo 1: aggiungere

prezzemolo, dragoncello, dadi

per brodo di carne, acqua,

concentrato di pomodoro e

zucchero.

Chiudere il coperchio. Premere

Start per attivare il Passo 2.

Dopo il Passo 2: premere

Cancellare per disattivare la

funzione di mantenimento del

calore. Aprire e rimuovere i

rametti di dragoncello.

Impostare il tempo su 2 minuti,

premere Start e raggiungere

gradualmente la velocità 10.

Immergere le polpettine crude

nella zuppa. Richiudere.

Impostare la temperatura a

110°C e il tempo su 10 minuti.

300 g carnaroli rice

150 ml dry white wine

500 ml vegetable stock

20 g farmhouse butter

80 g Parmesan shavings

Preparation

Insert the ‘MultiBlade’ into the bowl. Add the onion. Close the lid. Press Pulse for 5 seconds. Open and scrape down.

Replace the ‘MultiBlade’ with the ‘StirAssist’. Add the oil to the bowl. Close the lid but remove the measuring cup. Select STEW P9 and press Start. Step 1 shows on the display.

After Step 1: add the rice to the bowl. Close without the measuring cup and press Start to activate Step 2.

After Step 2: add the white wine. Close again without the measuring cup and press Start to activate Step 3.

After Step 3: add the stock. Close without the measuring cup and press Start to activate Step 4.

After Step 4: press cancel to exit keep warm mode. Add the butter and Parmesan. Close the lid. Set the speed to 1 and leave the machine to run for one minute. Stir the contents of the bowl manually if the cheese has not blended into the rice completely.

Serve immediately.

TIP: another option is to add vegetables or jumbo shrimp at step 3 (after Step 2).

STEAM

½ leek, white only, cut into half

moon shapes

½ onion, peeled and cut into 4

1 tbsp olive oil

500 g fresh mussels, rinsed

200 ml dry white wine

For the sauce:

80 g sour cream

25 g wholegrain mustard

1 tsp curry powder

Preparation

Insert the ‘MultiBlade’ into the bowl. Add the celery, leek, onion and olive oil. Close the lid. Press Pulse for 5 seconds. Open and scrape down. Close again but remove the measuring cup. Select STEAM

Press cancel to exit keep warm mode. Remove the lid and ‘MultiBlade’. Pour the white wine into the bowl. Put the mussels in the lower Steamer Basket and place it on the bowl. Seal with the domed Steamer Lid. Set the temperature to 120°C and the timer to 5 minutes. Press Start.

Remove the Steamer Basket from the bowl and put aside. Sieve the cooking liquid and return 100 ml to the bowl. Insert the ‘MultiBlade’. Add the sour cream, mustard and curry powder. Replace and seal the lid. Press Pulse for 5 seconds.

Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper and serve it as a dip with the mussels.

PURÉE

Insert the ‘MultiBlade’ in the bowl. Add the garlic and ginger. Close the lid and press Pulse for 10 seconds. Open and scrape down.

Replace the ‘MultiBlade’ with the ‘StirAssist’. Add the bean sprouts, red pepper, carrots, pak choi, shiitake mushrooms, spring onion, mangetout and sesame oil to the bowl. Close the lid. Select FRY P2 and press Start. Step 1 shows on the
