GBF is currently providing construction management services on this segment of SR 7 (US 441) which runs through a heavy commercial Tri-City region that include the City of Miami Gardens, the City of Miramar and the City of West Park. The project entails the reconstruction and widening of the existing 5 lane urban corridor that will result in a 6 lane divided highway with designated median turn lanes, fully irrigated and landscaped, with amenities that include textured asphalt paved crosswalks, brick paver median separators, colored and textured concrete sidewalks, bus-bay shelters, decorative lighting, as well as park walkways through and around the retention areas.

The two mile segment was designed with seven milestone incentives in order to complete phased sections of the project in support of continuous public use during construction. While the established schedule for the project is 3 years, our targeted timeframe for completion is 2 years.
