Respected Sir,

Sub:- Satavahana University- Examinations – GCGTA – GCTA – Contract Lecturers’ Association – Telangana Lecturers’ Association – Demands of the Associations- Immediately to be addressed – Spot valuation Work- Boycott Notice – Regarding.

With reference to the above subject cited, The lecturers Associations

referred above have unanimously resolved to boycott the ensuing Spot

Valuation work as the following demands were not addressed so far. Since

our long pending demands are unheaded we are forced to boycott the spot

valuation work. As such we demand to address the following issues

immediately.

1) Local conveyance to be paid to the examiners involved in valuation (Supplementary-13 and Annual -14 practical examination work) and the same may be applied for the observers duty.

2) Remuneration should be paid to the examiners in conducting practicals in the subjects of Commerce, English and Economics as per the decisions already taken in B.O.S. meeting in University.

3) The discrepancy of rate of remuneration between theory and practicals should be avoided.

4) The P.G. Valuation work should be extended to the lecturers who have been handling P.G. classes in affiliated colleges.

5) A spot appointment orders for valuation work and other assignments related examinations should be sent to the lecturers through concerned principals of the colleges.

6) The examinations duties i.e. Camp duties related to under Graduate Examinations must be entrusted to the degree college lecturers only.

7) As it was assured last year by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, the remunerations for all spot works should be enhanced to an extent of 15% hike every year.

8) Since our university is expanding in all respects research facilities should be provided. And in the admissions a specified quota should be earmarked for in-service college teachers of affiliated colleges
