• Adopt Common Dictionary
• Serve Scalar and Vectors via Open Geospatial Consortium Web Services service interfaces (WFS, WCS)
• IT Staff attend interoperability meetings.
NOAA IOOS Data Integration Framework (DIF)
• DIF technologies introduced to IOOS 2007 Grantees in Charleston Feb 2008
• NOAA encourages participation in that effort by grantees by
