A case study exampleI was always very close to my Nan and I used to go around to her house every day after school. Sadly, my Nan passed away two weeks ago; she had a heart attack and it was completely unexpected. The day she died I had had a stupid argument with her and I keep having horrible dreams abut the nasty, spiteful mean things that I said to her. Obviously I didn’t mean them, I was just angry. After the dreams I wake up in a cold sweat and can’t get back to sleep. Each morning I wake up exhausted. Please help me!
