Working principleAutomatic loading from the rear is fast, reliable and protects the product. Manual loading of products is also possible. Servodrivenfeeding of the product to the slicing area. Product is sliced by either circular or involute blade, depends on the machine configuration.On the portioning conveyor many different portion forms can be built and are reliable reproducable. With the idle cut rotor sliver slicescan be avoided almost up to 100%.

Output qualityHigh portion quality with constant slice thickness. Different portion forms possible: shingle, stack, zig-zag stack, shaved, contourshingle, folded, chunks and interleaved portions. Shear edges in different materials (plastic or stainless steel) and different forms (L-Form, semi-mouthpiece or full mouthpiece) contribute to a high slicing quality. The optional top and bottom traction system increasesproduct control during slicing process and serves to get slices with constant thickness.
