Pressure Cooker Confidence: How to Deliver Peak Performance when the Heat is OnPresented by Lt. Colonel Kevin Sweeney

Pressure Cooker Confidence enables you to say I can, I will, I expect, and I did it when the pressureis on. The Colonel’s flagship presentation built around his dramatic life or death flight. Kevin willposition you mentally in the cockpit with him to personally live through his incredible experienceand challenge of having the two engines on his left wing come completely off his airplane while ona Desert Storm combat mission. As he introduces the five principles of Performance Under Pressureyou will discover why the hard work you do beforehand matters more than the work you do whenthe pressure is on.

Kevin Sweeney is a combat veteran having flown missions in both Vietnam andDesert Storm. He spent 23 years in the Air Force and Air National Guard attainingthe rank of Lt. Colonel. Kevin is the only pilot to have landed a plane successfullywith the 2 engines ripped off the left wing during a night combat mission in DesertStorm. Recognized as displaying “the finest piece of airmanship to have occurredduring the entire Gulf War,” Kevin is also the recipient of the United States Air ForceDistinguished Flying Cross, a medal awarded to fewer than 1% of pilots. Kevin’sincredible flight has been featured in Reader’s Digest and been a featured segmenton the A&E channel.

Author of the books Pressure Cooker Confidence: How to Lead When the Heat is Onand Conversations with the Colonel: Lessons in Life, Leadership and Wisdom, Kevin has held executivepositions in sales and operations for a Fortune 50 corporation and a hospital system. Kevin holds a Bachelorin Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degrees from Washburn University and aMaster’s in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. He also serves as a universityadjunct professor.

Kevin and his wife, Brenda who is a Registered Nurse, live in Southlake, Texas. They have four children andfive grandchildren.

The next generation of heavy duty engine oils will exceed the performance of the existing heavy dutyengine oils. PC-11 diesel engine oil enhancements will benefit on and off road vehicles as well as both newand older engines. Find out when it will get here and what it means to your bottom line.
