1) Educational Opportunity Center of Westchester (EOC) 26 South Broadway, Yonkers
There are 3 levels of GED classes offered at this location. You will take a TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) to determine the level where you will begin.

Free tutoring available on a drop-in basis on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9 am – noon.

Classes are 4 – 6 hours per week and are offered in Ossining, Peekskill and Yorktown. Students must be 18 years or older. There is a registration fee of $30.00

There are different opportunities to get a GED or hight school diploma at this location:

• There is a Drop-In-High School Diploma Program that is geared to those students who are 16 years of age or older. Call Rhonda Ehrlich at (914) 376-8602 for more information.
• The External Degree Program (EDP) provides adults 21 years of age and older with the opportunity to demonstrate their competencies by means of a system that assesses both generalized and individual skills. Candidates are required to complete assignments at home and meet with an assessor for a two hour review session once a week. Successful completion of the program leads to a regular high school diploma.
