National External Diploma Program® (NEDP®)NEDP® is designed for mature adults who have learned life skills at work, at home and in the community. This is a computer-based program. Carroll Community College offers free classes for students who want to improve their English skills.

Classes will help students learn how to commu-nicate at work and in the community, as well as prepare to take career training classes, college courses or earn a high school diploma.
