What are Google forms?

Using forms in your school:

• Teachers: o classroom activities, data collection, assessments

Creating a form: 1. Log in to your Google account & go to Google Drive.

2. Click on the Create button and choose form from the list.

3. Give your form a name and begin adding questions.

4. The form has two views: edit mode & spreadsheet mode.
