Plan insurance can access GHP Wellness On-line by

logging into www.thehealthplan.com and registering for a

username and password.

• Once an Employee has logged onto the GHP site, they can select Health & Wellness, then Wellness On-line to access the wellness platform.

• All Employees will be required to accept the GHP Privacy Terms to continue.

Employees can access and update their Health Risk

Assessment at any time by selecting Progress, then Health

• An Employee can utilize specialized tools to track and analyze their personal health, nutrition, and fitness data by selecting “My Dashboard” under the Wellness section.

• Wellness Workshops use interactive weekly tasks to help participants gain greater knowledge on specific health topics while reducing their risks.

• Employees can enroll in a Wellness Workshop at any time and complete the weekly tasks at their own pace by selecting Manage Workshops from the Planner section. Tasks include reading articles, and using the system tools such as the health, diet and exercise logs. Workshop Topics include:• Weight Management

• Stress Management

• Diabetes

• Smoking Cessation

• Nutrition

• Hypertension…and many others!

Wellness Workshops

• A healthy diet helps to control and prevent chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and some cancers, and also helps maximize exercise results. By using the meal planner, Employees can quickly select a meal plan based on their caloric and dietary needs. Employees can then choose to print the meal plan and food options, or generate a shopping list of foods.

• Employees can search for recipes within their personally added recipes archive, or search from the public recipes library.

• Employees can access their Meal Planner by selecting the Planner section.

• Health Logs allow Employees to track and graph their blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and heart rate.
