To approve order authorizing the County Judge to sign two (2) claim forms forthe Division of Unclaimed Funds, Department of Commerce, State of Ohio, andauthorizing the County Treasurer to pursue such funds which shall be depositedfor the benefit of Dallas County.

17. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing the addition of a full-time temporary position for theDistrict Attorney's Office to continue managing the various technology projectsunderway through Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) funding, withauthorization for this position to end when all aspects of the initial assessmentphase of the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) project are complete andthe Manager of Technology Services can return to his regular duties.

18. COURT ORDER:

To approve order granting a permanent exception to the Residence Policy for theSenior Civil Engineer Designer, grade PE8, and Forensic Biologist II, grade GM,candidates.

To approve order retaining Hay Management Consultants to conduct a MarketSalary Survey at a cost expected not to exceed $25,000, and authorizing theCounty Judge to sign the agreement on behalf of Dallas County.

To approve order approving the extension of the agreement between the TexasDepartment of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) and Dallas County(Contract No. 9900-0419) from February 1, 2002 through January 31, 2003 tocontinue the Dallas County CPS Mediation Project.

21. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing a one-year radio maintenance contract extensionwith Central Communications and Electronics, Inc. (RFP No. 98-103) at the sameterms and conditions with amended annual pricing of $126,996, effective May1, 2002 through April 30, 2003.

22. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving refunds to taxpayers, as listed, in amounts over$2,500.00 for erroneous or excessive tax payments.

To approve order approving an amendment to Attachment #16A (ImmunizationDivision - Locals), Texas Department of Health (TDH) Contract #75600090562002, to utilize funds from program income for the term from September 1, 2001through August 31, 2002.

24. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving the award of FY 2002-2003 Ryan White C.A.R.E.Act Title II funds in the amount of $1,735,163 to specific service providers,approving the Administrative Agency budget in the amount of $185,324,including $29,000 for planning council support, and authorizing the County Judgeto sign the contracts with each respective agency and the Texas Department ofHealth (TDH Document No. 7560009056 2003, Contract Change Notice No. 07,Attachment No. 08) on behalf of Dallas County.


25. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving the FY 2002 Transportation Services Agreement withthe Concord Missionary Baptist Church to provide transportation services forsenior citizens participating in Dallas County Older Adult Services Programactivities, approving amendments to transportation services agreements withseven (7) listed site sponsors, and authorizing the County Judge to sign saiddocuments on behalf of Dallas County.

26. COURT ORDER:

To approve order extending current contract (Bid No. 99-102 - Contract forResidential Mechanical Services for CEAP [HHS]) with Andrews Air Conditioningand Heating through May 31, 2002.

To approve order extending current contracts (RFP No. 2000-016-210 - Requestfor Proposals to Provide Counseling and Treatment Services for the DistrictAttorney Violence Division) with The Family Place, Children First Counseling, andNew Beginning Center until May 31, 2002.

To approve order extending current contract (Bid No. 2000-107-401 - AnnualContract for Maintenance on Simplex Fire Alarm Systems) with Simplex TimeRecorder Co. for an additional twelve (12) month period, effective April 18, 2002through April 17, 2003, at an estimated annual cost of $28,584.00.

29. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing the City of Mesquite to utilize the County's AnnualContract for Traffic Paint (Bid No. 2002-042-1051) for the period from January15, 2002 through January 14, 2003, and authorizing the County Judge toexecute the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Mesquite for usage of saidcontract.


30. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing the Community Supervision and CorrectionsDepartment (CSCD) to utilize the County's Annual Contract for Security Services(Bid No. 2002-076-1096) for the period not to exceed the final extension optionof April 20, 2005 or until the contract is terminated by Dallas County, andauthorizing the County Judge to execute the Interlocal Agreement with CSCD forusage of said contract.

31. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing County Departments to utilize the followingagreements as made available through the U.S. Communities GovernmentPurchasing Alliance: (1) Agreement #57141 (Industrial/Commercial Products andRelated Services) as awarded to Grainger Industrial Co.; and (2) Agreement#57128 (Electrical Products, Equipment, Supplies and Related Services) asawarded to Graybar Electric Company, Inc.; and authorizing the County Judge toexecute the participation agreements.

32. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute Change Order No.1,in an amount not to exceed $5,053.00, with Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. forrevisions regarding the Fire Alarm System Upgrade - Health and Human ServicesBuilding, 2377 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas (Bid No. 2001-129-882).

33. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute Indefinite QuantityWork Order No. 12, in an amount not to exceed $11,457.00, with Vidaud +Associates, Inc. for architectural/engineering survey and analysis of the DallasCounty facility located at 2355 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas.

34. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing Commissioner of District No.1 to cooperate withthe Town of Addison in improvements to Addison Road, north from West Groveto Town Limit, for a total estimated project cost of $158,478.00, and authorizingthe County Judge to execute the Interlocal Agreement for this Type "B" roadwork.

To approve order authorizing Commissioner of District No.2 to cooperate withthe City of Mesquite in improvements to Brunswick Lane, from Fielding Drive tothe concrete section, for a total estimated project cost of $11,618.24, andauthorizing the County Judge to execute the Interlocal Agreement for this Type"E" road work.
