To approve order approving a Professional Services Agreement with BarrettSports Group, LLC for the purpose of conducting the special economic, financial,and tax revenue analysis needed for the proposed Dallas Cowboys footballstadium, and authorizing the County Judge to sign said agreement.

To approve order authorizing the submission of a $143,700 household hazardouswaste (HHW) grant application to the North Central Texas Council ofGovernments (NCTCOG), approving acceptance of the funding if awarded, andauthorizing the County Judge to sign all related documents.

14. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving a car allowance, in the amount of $400 per month,for the County's Administrator for Governmental Affairs, effective June 1,2004,to be used to provide ground transportation in Austin, Texas.·

15. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving the Tobacco Compliance for Local Law EnforcementAgencies grant application by Constable Gothard (Constable, Precinct 2) to theTexas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and authorizing the County Judge to signall related documents.

To approve order authorizing Public Works to move forward with the outlinedtimeline for the consolidation of Road and Bridge· Districts to provide moreefficient Road and Bridge operations to Dallas County and continue to assist citieswith road maintenance within each Commissioner's district.

To approve order approving the Request for Proposals (RFP) to be funded by FY2005 State of Texas HIV Health and Social Services (State Services) Grant funds.

To approve order approving a project in District No. 2 for designated·improvements on Military Parkway, from Commerce Way to Sam Houston Road,located within the City of Mesquite and authorizing the County Judge to sign theApproval of Interlocal Cooperation Project; and approving an Interlocal Agreementwith the City of Mesquite for said project for a total estimated project cost of$363,197.92 and authorizing the County Judge to sign said agreement for thisType "B" road work.
