Reshma shrestha: First of all women themselves need to
change their vision towards other women. Women themselves are dominating other women (socially, culturally).
Second the dominating factors embedded in the society itself needs to be eliminated.
Thirdly, women shouldn’t be seen as less capable. They should be provided with platform to demonstrate their capability.
Now in most of the programs (education, job opportunity, projects), the participation of women has been encouraged. This has created some space for women empowerment. This type of notion should not be for the sake of fulfilling the requirements of donor agencies, but also there need to clear process and procedure for marginalized women to have access of it.
Intelligence mind to eliminate gender discrimination

To reform what does intellectuals have to say about it strong
organization working for women should be formed compulsorily at every institution thereby encouraging all the girls to participate in its activities. Most importantly, we the girls ourselves have to stand together for any sort of biasness and unite together to combat any problems. Until we are together with common vision for empowering ourselves, male will keep on discriminating us for what we are; the way of discrimination may differ but discrimination is still existing in our society- Laxmi Thapa, KU student(2008-2012), currently empoyee at Survey Department

It is true that until and unless we do not walk up to make our stand in the society, the differences between male and female will always exists. This is not only the society that makes us weak, but its us who let them make us weaker.
