Integrated Management & Software

Systems

Proper project control prevents project issues for you

Successful projects begin when proper planning and procedures are

implemented systematically with an ultimate goal of achieving predetermined

objectives. Sebenico Group project management plans are supported by project

control processes that monitor work and identify whether the work is

proceeding according to plan. To make that determination, project control

personnel assess the data and determine actions to prevent or correct issues.

Customised project control procedures that deliver

superior project quality

Project complexity, organisation maturity, team experience, cost, project

importance, and other factors determine the level of project control needed.

Excessive project control can cause project costs to spiral upward and divert

resources from more important tasks. Lax project control can lead to delays,

errors, political repercussions, and lower-than-expected project quality.

Sebenico Group develops project controls systems that include the

internationally accepted project management software IPM Global, Oracle

Primavera P6, PlanSwift Pro, Cordell Platinum Estimator and CCS Candy. Our

project manager’s customise the applications to suit individual project needs.

Planning & Scheduling

Construction planning is key to your project success

Prior to the start of any asset construction project, Sebenico Group works

closely with clients to create a Project Work Plan that optimises project value.

We form a partnership with clients to facilitate project execution in a timely

fashion with minimal disruption to facility operations.

Sebenico Group offers an integrated, holistic and multidisciplinary approach to

the entire construction planning and Scheduling process and assists clients by

offering comprehensive analysis, evidence gathering and innovative

construction options.

Construction planning delivers a seamless roadmap

Sebenico Group construction planning and scheduling provides a seamless

roadmap from mobilisation to turnover. The construction planning addresses

Resource Planning

We’re highly skilled in resource planning

It should be no surprise that proper, accurate resource planning is essential to

bringing in a project on time and within budget. Underestimating your resources

can leave you without the means to continue, while overestimating can deplete

your budget and leave you with useless surplus.

Proper resource planning ensures you don’t overspend

Numerous factors affect resource planning and Sebenico Group is well versed

in all of them. Our expertise and experience in resource planning ensures your

construction project is properly supplied with the people, materials and

equipment you need.

Cost Management & Control

Experienced construction management ensures better

visibility for your project

Earned Value Management (EVM) integrates project scope, schedule, and cost

parameters. Our expertise in project construction management and controls

provides a more accurate measurement of performance throughout the life of

the project. We promote collaboration and partnering that allow for better

visibility and understanding of project data.

Sebenico Group utilises EVM systems to critique and measure a projects

forward progress. With EVM in place, Sebenico Group can assist any owner or

contractor in monitoring cost and schedule performance to identify whether a

project is behind/ahead of schedule and under/over budget.

Value Engineering (VE) improves value without sacrificing quality or function

by assembling a cross section of professionals who analyse project plans and

requirements. VE relies heavily on team building, effective communication, and

efficient decision making to reach creative solutions. By working together, the

VE team often arrives at unique approaches to specific construction elements

that satisfy usage and aesthetic needs, but that trim costs.
