CSA Tank
The CSA TANK Version is a rotary
screw compressor mounted on a tank
that is completely preassembled
and tested on the assembly line.
Silenced and oil injected rotary
screw compressor. Compressed air
receiver with pressure stabilization
function and condensate separator.
The receiver rests on a structure
that allows for easy handling.
Installation is extremely simple;
just position the machine,
connect the air output to
the air distribution network
and make the electrical connection.
Electronic Control
The ES 3000 controller, which regulates our bigger units, is now also available in the CSA range to:
- reduce energy consumption even more by virtue of its ”intelligent cut-in/cut-out function”;
- plan scheduled maintenance operations;
- improve the unit's performance.

Efficient noise traps and careful study of air flows have

Easy Maintenance Ordinary maintenance requires removing
only two panels for changing oil and filters. The belts are
quickly replaced and/or adjusted by removing only one panel.

CSA DRY
The CSA DRY compressor is a completely preassembled
air production and treatment plant capable of providing air
free of oil and condensate.
Silenced and oil injected
rotary screw compressor.
Compressed air receiver with
base for easy handling.
CDX series refrigeration cycle
dryer with R134a gas,
with by-pass, to supply dry air.
Pre and post-filtering units.
All the condensate is conveyed to a single point and discharged
by means of a programmable timer system. Cleaner air results in:
- more efficient distribution systems and user machines;
- lower operating and maintenance costs;
- energy savings;
- improved productivity;
- better final product quality.1

phase, through the “intelligent shut down” feature, by automatically
calculating, cycle by cycle, the minimum no - load functioning time,
based on air consumption and the maximum number of start-ups per
hour programmed.

It controls air load, idling times and motor
restarts, optimizing the work cycle and avoiding
any costly and unnecessary energy wastage.

pumping element, electric motor with high yield and coaxial coupling.
High-performance element with asymmetrical profile rotors, which,
due to the absence of vibrations and the range of nominal speeds,
limits wastage and improves overall output.
EFF1 electric motor with cast-iron casing, Class F, IP55 protection, high yield and low temperatures.
The compressor DRD is equipped with the electronic logic controller AIRLOGIC able to monitor
both the state of the machine and the Service easing consequently all maintenance operations.
Thanks to its compact size, it can be easily handled even with a transpallet.
Being equipped with a radial suction manifold, it can be positioned close to eventual walls reducing the
space necessary for the Installation.

AIRLOGIC® - Electronic Control
Sturdily-built and Reliable, DRF is particularly suitable for heavy and
severe duty. It is equipped with: pumping element characterized by high
efficiency and low noise, high yield electric motor, and co-axial coupling.
The efficiency of the cooling by means of turbine fan with high flow
rate and low speed, the subdivision of the machine in two areas and
the wide exchange surface of the heat exchangers, allow keeping
optimal operation temperatures.
The possibility of removing all panels, the free access to all internal
components and the maintenance program of the card, ease any
maintenance activity, from the programming to the performance.
All DRF series compressors are equipped with “Airlogic”

The compressed air produced by the compressor
contains a certain amount of relative
humidity that could still condense.
A compressor that produces 20 m³/1’at 8 bar, working 8
hours at 75%, taking in air at 20 °C and 70% relative
humidity, sends about 80 liters of water into the line.
To eliminate the damage produced by condensate
without wasting compressed air, a series of CDX with
ECD dryers has been developed conforming with
environmental needs to European standards. On intake,
the saturated compressed air undergoes an initial cooling
in the air-air exchanger by means of cold dried air.
The second cooling phase takes place inside the
evaporator where the air reaches the preset dew point.
All the condensate separated during the cooling phase is
treated and discharged automatically by a system of level
sensors. The output compressed air is adequately dried
and suitable for the majority of industrial uses.

Control Dew
Point a small investment
The CD version is an advanced
control system that regulates
the operating cycle of
adsorption air dryers.
The system automatically
lengthens and/or reduces the drying
cycle according to the delivery dew point
temperature whilst other functions remain unchanged.
This reduces the average consumption of purified air
and leads to a significant reduction in operating costs.
The CD version is now available for the range of ADS 20÷215 dryers.
The need for compressed air with lower dew points with respect to drying or refrigeration plants finds a response in adsorption drying systems.
These systems primarily consist of two (EEC standard) filters, each containing a charge of adsorbent material, an automatic regulations
system and, with pre and post filters. A strong structure makes the entire system compact.
Operation
The humidity in the compressed air is first retained by the adsorbent material that constitutes the filter charge and then eliminated in the
regeneration phase; while the dried and filtered compressed air is sent to the distribution network. Regeneration occurs by taking a small
part of the compressed air and making it pass against the current through the filter to be regenerated.

Every process involving the compression and treatment
of compressed air produces condensate. If it is not separated,
the condensate travels along the piping with the compressed
air, reaching the applications and sometimes even the
end product.
With FOD environmentally respectful technology
Oil separation by means of fi ltration, prevents the
need for separation, resulting in greater health
safety and lowercleaning requirements.

- transportation to specialised centres for aftertreatment
of specifi c waste;
- maintenance of appropriate registers, where required.
