Shakespeare once said: One shouldnt be anxious for success but become familiar with his

or her object of study and make unremitting efforts. Time will help fulfill everything. It is the

first step that costs troublesome, but the hardest thing is how to make a good ending.

CHINT made its first step with difficulty. Building up a workshop with only a 50,000 RMB

capital, CHINT now has an annual production value of 30 billion RMB and had nearly

30,000 employees. CHINT's business expands from low-voltage electrical products to

renewable energy, smart electrics, automation and informationization equipment

manufacturing, etc. Over the past 30 years, CHINT ran forward and continues to pursue

the future.

However, as Shakespeare put it, The hardest thing is how to make a good ending. CHINT

CHINT MILESTONES

The first normative limited liability company within the Group, ZhejiangCHINT Electrics Co., Ltd., was founded on July 21, 1997. By taking this

opportunity, the Group carried out further join-stock system reform in itsaffiliated enterprises and towards an international enterprise.

The Sino-US joint venture, Wenzhou CHINT Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.

was founded in 1991. The company introduced advanced foreigntechnologies an d equipment and determined the profes sional developmentdirection of electrical appliances.

CHINT determined to become "the world's leading clean energy supplier

and energy efficient solutions provider." CHINT formed the "Yangtze RiverDelta layout" with Wenzhou low-voltage electrical products, Shanghaihigh-voltage power transmission and distribution products and Hangzhou

industrial automation and solar energy products. In January 2010, CHINTsubsidiary, Zhejiang CHINT Electrics Co., Ltd., was listed as an A-sharelisting.

The first enterprise group, Wenzhou CHINT Group, in the domesticlow-voltage electrical industry was founded in February 1994. More than50 electrical manufacturing companies, with the capital as the link, the

market as the orientation, the products as the leading role and brand as thecenter, move towards the scale economy.

CHINT accelerated the internationalization strategy, increased overseasinvestment and cooperation and strengthened the construction ofinternational engineering investment. It also set up regional headquarters, a

regional factory and built a global research and development system. In2013, CHINT purchased a component factory, Frankfurt (Oder) ofCONERGY in Germany, marking CHINT's foot in the global productionstage. After the deployment of an electric whole industry chain, it becameone of the field leaders in: new energy, power transmission and

distribution, low-voltage apparatus, instruments, automation and buildingappliances. Establishing Minshang Bank of Wenzhou allows it to explore thenew model for upgrade and incubation of the industry chain.
