General HP LaserJet/DeskJet Printer Maintenance Training

There is a real need for HP Printer Training at Harris Organization.

The equipment has to be maintained by trained, experience personnel. It is costly and not timely to contract outside personnel to fix, maintain local printers.

There is only so much money allocated to maintain printers, and it is very limited.

We must keep customer relationship valued at a high standard, in order to stay current with the requirements.

This is the only way that we can stay on top of the global requirement at Harris Organization.

Maintaining Printers is a messy task, but the Printer Maintenance must be accomplished in order not to impede the work performed at Harris.

There are instructions, procedures, and information documented in the PC-Technician’s Operational Procedures Manual Web Page, for technicians to read and review.

So think when you are cleaning, or repairing a printer at Harris, you are helping the company utilize the funding properly.

In the long run, everyone will benefit from pulling their work load and cleaning, repairing printers at Harris. It is a Win-Win situation for all !!
