Based on a review of the activity at Cadbury Ireland Limited, Rathmore Installation, the site does not fall under the EC (Control of Major Accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations, 2000 (SEVESO II) Regulations. Cadbury Ireland Limited, Rathmore Installation, maintain a watching brief on SEVESO Legislation and review the applicability of any changes to the site. This review occurs as part of the annual review of register of environmental regulations in accordance with the provisions of the company ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
