In addition to the already well-known advantages of the MI-03 injector, this model is particularly interesting be-cause it allows considerable production even with non-or-dinary molds.

Technical Advantages

1 The larger size loader is able to hold molds of dimen-sions up to 150x130 mm (LxP).

2 The clamp retains its self-centering capabilities, and the RFID reader is integrated in it.

3 Consequently we have provide the injector of a sy-ringe with an increased capacity (25 cm³) that can inject molds that need a lot of wax.

4 The mold is downloaded to the cooler immediately in front of the operator.

5 The cooler, larger, contains molds and keeps temper-ature constant.

6 The touch with a larger screen (7’’) allows the opera-tor to work in the best conditions and with great ease.

Oltre ai gia noti vantaggi dell’iniettore MI-03, questo modello è

particolarmente interessante perche permette una produzione

notevole anche con stampi dalle dimensioni non ordinarie.

Vantaggi Tecnici

1 Il caricatore dalle dimensioni maggiorate, è in grado di conte-

nere stampi di dimensioni fino a 150x130 mm (LxP).

2 La pinza mantiene le sue capacità autocentranti, al suo inter-

no è integrato inoltre il lettore – scrittore RFID.

3 Di conseguenza abbiamo dotato l’iniettore di una siringa con

capacità maggiorata (25 cm³) che riesce ad iniettare stampi

che necessitano di molta cera.

4 Lo stampo viene poi, scaricato sul raffreddatore, immediata-

mente di fronte all’operatore.

5 Il raffreddatore, più grande, contiene gli stampi e mantiene

costante la temperatura.

The MASTERINJECT series adapts to each customer’s request, who can easily replace in complete autonomy the clamp, so as to make it easier for the operator’s work and make the most of injections of different size molds. Clamps are available in three types: C10, C13 and C15. The customer can switch from the clamp C10 to the clamp C15 simply replacing the clamp with a few gestures.

Side clamp for greater safety and better visibility. Interchangeable: you can replace different size clamps.Self-centering: both horizontally and vertically without the use of shims. Oscillating and adjustable pin for a precise adjustment of the narrow point in the mold, able to eliminate smudging and spillage of wax from the mold. Thanks to the presence of thicknesses on the clamp, it is possible to use molds of greater heights. The operator can adjust the pressure of the clamp toward the nozzle and the nozzle pressure to the mold. Possibility of regulating the speed of opening and closing of the clamp.

Pinze intercambiabili per le serie MJ, modello 01 e 02La serie MASTERINJECT si adatta ad ogni richiesta del cliente, il quale ha la possibilità di sostituire facilmente ed in completa autonomia la pinza, cosi da poter rendere più semplice il lavoro dell’operatore ed effettuare al meglio iniezioni su stampi di dimensioni diverse. Le pinze a disposizione sono di tre tipi: C10, C13 e C15. Il cliente può quindi passare da una pinza C10 fino ad una pinza C15 semplicemente sostituendo la pinza stessa con gesti.

Alto vuoto realizzato tramite pompa ad alte prestazioni, direttamente nello stampo, che consente di rimuovere tutta l’aria presente al suo interno, eliminando la presenza di bolle e micro bolle nelle cere prodotte e consentendo l’esatta copia del modello. Il vuoto è misurato elettronicamente e controllato in automatico. Se il vuoto non raggiunge il 100%, l’iniezione non viene effettuata: l’operatore ottiene cosi, solo modelli perfettamente riusciti, eliminando la produzione di scarti.

Pompa ad alto vuoto e ad alte prestazioni che permette di rimuovere tutta l’aria dal serbatoio e l’umidità dalla cera fusa, elimina tutta l’aria dallo stampo evitando la formazione di micro bolle.

This technology allows a total repeatability of waxes and greatly facilitates the operator’s work.

Lettore e scrittore che permette il salvataggio di tutti i parame-tri di lavoro (programmi), nei TAG RFID (microchip) che possono essere posizionati tramite adesivo sulla superficie dello stampo o vulcanizzati all’interno degli stampi. Questa tecnologia permet-te una totale ripetibilità delle cere e facilita notevolmente il lavoro dell’operatore.

10. ENERGY SAVING / RISPARMIO ENERGETICOPOWER-ON/OFF mode: allows you to set in the touch screen the time and day of the power on and the shutdown of the injector. STAND-BY mode: After a few minutes of inactivity the electronic components are turned off, conserving power and extending the life span of the same components.

AUTO POWER-ON/OFF mode: permette di impostare dal touch screen l’orario e il giorno di accensione e di spegnimento dell’iniettore. STAND-BY mode: dopo alcuni minuti di inattività i componenti elettronici si spengono, risparmiando energia ed estendendo la durata della vita degli stessi componenti.
