EXPLANATION: The required modification are as follows: (1) the applicant obtains a driveway permit from NYS DOT for the change in use, and (2) any signage proposed be in conformance with the Town of Pembroke Zoning Law. With these required modifications, the proposed restaurant should pose no significant county-wide or inter-community impact. Per County Health Department comments, it is recommended that the sewer district consider requiring properly sized grease interceptors for these type of businesses, if not already present.

I'm not sure what sheet you have from the town? I had three sheets C1, C2 and C3 that Tim
Hens and I submitting to the DOT for permit on the driveway. I have sheet A105 that is just
the site plan that I Linda may have given to Charlie Reed for County Planning. Let me know if
the attached two sheets help.
