We have recently expanded further into the manufacturing of Green Building Material with the

establishment of our Genesis ECOMAG factory in Dubai Investment Park. The factory

produces high quality eco-friendly MGO sheathing boards for all proposes of dry-walls,

partitions, exterior sheathing, raised floor, false ceiling and others. Our group also owns a

contracting arm, Gulf Genesis with branches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar.

The task of completing a turnkey 1100m2 school within in a time frame as limited as 30days was an onerous enough challenge, when coupled with limited site access, no onsite storage, summer temperatures in excess of 45 degrees, it becomes near impossible.However via concise and minute level coordination at design stage between trades,maximizing off-site construction and detailed sequencing of delivery and build ourvastly experienced design, manufacturing and installation teams were able to achievejust that. Employing a high level quality assurance policy of every item prior to sitedelivery to ensure accuracy and tolerance was a requisite. The result was anunprecedented, both regionally and internationally, turnkey completion of a high endstructure which sets a new benchmark for both speed and quality globally.
