The Genesys™ 10S can be purchased with or without an internal printer. An optional

external printer is also available. Both printers can

be used to print data and low-resolution graphs.

Enter the concentrations of the standards. After doing this, the unit prompts you to insert blanks

and standards, and indicates when stable readings are reached.

The unit gives you seven options for fitting a curve to your points, including

linear forced through zero and linear not forced through zero. After selecting your

option, the instrument calculates the slope, intercept, and correlation value (“r” factor)

for your data.

A graph of your curve can be displayed. You may then use the curve you just created to

determine the concentrations of your samples.

You may also name and store your curve for future use.
