R5 000.00 cash, EFT or bank guaranteed cheque must be paid in order to obtain a buyers card. This amount is refundable if no purchases are made. Deposits will only be refunded on completion of the sale.

The details the buyer completes on the buyers card will appear on the tax invoice if a unit purchased.

NO changes will be made to an invoice after the sale e.g. Buyer name, VAT registration number.

The buyer’s card must be filled in completely in the registration office.

All purchases are to be paid for & collected by close of business on Wednesday, 23 August 2017.

The standard conditions of the sale are stated on the buyer’s card signed. Please make yourself fully aware of all these conditions.

INVOICES FOR PURCHASES WILL ONLY BE GENERATED AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETE.

Assets are not sold subject to finance being approved, please ensure that finance arrangements are made and are in order prior to bidding. If your bid is successful and finance cannot be obtained the R5 000.00 deposit will be forfeited without exception.

All rights of ownership in and to the assets sold shall vest in the Seller or the Auctioneers on behalf of the seller, until the Purchaser has affected payment in full.

There will be a R2 000.00 + VAT administration fee charged on each vehicle purchased

VEHICLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: o ID copy o Proof of Residence – not older than 3 months. o Company CK documents if purchasing for a Company. o Vat Certificate reflecting your Company name & Trading name o Member’s ID (Company Proxy)

BUYER’S PREMIUM FOR VEHICLES WILL BE CHARGED AT 5% EXCL VAT.

No Card facilities On-Site.

A 2% CASH HANDLING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR CASH PAYMENTS RECEIPTED.

EFT PAYMENTS MUST BE CLEARED INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT FIRST BEFORE WE RELEASE VEHICLES .

All bids exclude VAT. 14% VAT will be charged on all goods. This will be added onto the hammer amount and generated on the invoice.

All lots are sold voetstoots, as is, with no warranty or guarantee. All information supplied is a statement of opinion and we cannot guarantee correctness about any lot sold. It is the buyer’s responsibility to familiarize himself/ herself with the lot he wishes to bid on PRIOR to the sale.

The auctioneer is not responsible for ANY error in description.

The auctioneer reserves the right to revoke any buyer’s card at any time.

All complaints or problems with regard to registration documents must immediately be brought to the attention of the Admin Department.

No changes will be made to an invoice after the Sale e.g. buyer’s name, Vat No. etc.
