As a consequence of living nearbyrivers people in Afghanistan

live in ambushes.

They are in the midst of vision and reach of the enemy. And for them the enemy is hard to see in the mountains.

The enemy comes and goes whenever it wants.

There is no place to hide or run to.

The ambush position has to dissapear.One can kill millions of enemies, but people thatlive in ambushes will always atract criminals, berobbed, manipulated, suppressed, and so on. Because they can not defend theirselves.

The enemy can go anywhere because the mountains change heightfluently. There are not enough ‘cliffs’to stop the travelling enemy.

If we would create ‘cliffs’ at the sides of the mountains, it is notpossible to reach the villages and rivers from the mountains.

If you want to lead a country, you want to besure you won’t be killed, just because of thatleadership.

A 100 % safe place must be present/createdto fulfill leadership from. So that someonedares to take the position.

If one creates a complete mountain with‘cliffs’ on all the sides, one has created such a save place. It wil be like a high island.

One step further, citys can be created thisway, and connected.
