Point
• A point is the exact location in space.
Line Segment
• A line segment is a line between two different points.
Plane
• A plane is a flat surface that extends forever.
Angle
• An angle is two rays sharing a common endpoint, which is the vertex.
Perpendicular Lines
• Perpendicular lines are lines that intersect forming a right angle.
Parallel Lines
• Parallel lines are lines that are the same distance apart at any given point, and they never intersect.
Triangle
• A triangle is a three-sided polygon.
Right Triangle
• A right triangle is a triangle with a 90° angle.
Pentagon
• A pentagon is a polygon with five sides.
Hexagon
• A hexagon is a polygon with six sides.
Square
• A square is a polygon with four equal sides.
Rectangle
• A rectangle is a parallelogram with four right angles and two sets of parallel lines.
Trapezoid
• A trapezoid is a four-sided figure with one pair of parallel lines.
Circle
• A circle is a plane curve everywhere equidistant from a given fixed point.
Cylinder
• A cylinder is a three- dimensional solid with two parallel circular ends.
Parallelogram
• Quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel sides.
Sphere
• A sphere is a perfectly round geometrical object in three-dimensional space.
Octagon
• An octagon is an eight-sided polygon.
Acute Triangle
• An acute triangle is a triangle with its angles less than 90°.
Obtuse Angle
• An obtuse triangle is a triangle with an angle larger than 90°.
