Georgetown's award-winning patio provides a beautiful backdrop for a city-chic wedding ceremony full of lush trees, bushes and flowering baskets. Our current offer provides: an hour of private patio use for your ceremony at 3pm on Monday through Saturday (Sunday any time), white resin chairs, white drapes for wrought iron facing and set up, all for $1,500.

What’s Included:

1. Custom Lighting includes dimmable bistro and can lighting throughout, wall washes in various hues, full dance lighting over dance floor, and stage lighting to feature band, DJ and/or sweetheart table.

2. Extra long oak bar, stocked and ready to enjoy. Bartender fees are included in any 4-hour bar packages purchased. See page 4 for details.

3. Glassware, silverware and white china standard for any private function. No fees here. Also providing your own decorations is not limited, candles welcome. Go big or super simple, the character in this space has nothing but potential!

7. Gloss concrete floor in neutral gray provides a great dance floor in front of stage.

8. Complimentary Valet services available Friday & Saturday Evenings. Events hosted during the week or on Sundays have the option of purchasing valet for their event. (Currently not available due to COVID restrictions)

9. Rolling cake table and cake cutting available ($1/pp). Have dessert displays delivered from your favorite bakery. Host must provide all dessert platters.

Frequently Asked Questions: How many people can the space hold for a dinner? Georgetown: 100 Vosh Main Room: 120 Riverside Room: 54 VIP Room: 24 Upper Patio: 50, Lower Patio: 45 (Custom setups allow for additional seating.) For a cocktail-style standing reception we have hosted over 175. Large receptions could consider a Sunday with full use of the entire property. How much is the deposit? A $600 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure a date. Once the planning process has begun another 10% will be requested at the time of approved proposal. What is the fee for the space? $600 for Vosh and $250 for the Riverside Room (if needed). This fee is for use of our tables & chairs, creating a custom floor plan and having furniture in place for day of set up.

How long do we have the space? Receptions last five hours. We allow 30 minutes after your event for cleanup. Each additional ½ hour is $150 that goes toward paying our staff their hourly wages.

When is the Balance Due? Final payments must be made at least ten (10) days before the event. Your final guest count should be submitted two weeks out so final invoice can be issued. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. A 3% service charge will be added to all amounts paid via credit card. Please be sure to check daily charge limits before charging large amounts.

When can I begin set up on my wedding day? 11am the space will be furnished, cleaned and ready for your team to come through for set up. Please make arrangements for items to be taken off site after the end of the event. Please remember to bring your own scissors, tape and any other decorating items you may need!

What kind of decorations do you recommend? Your event décor is open to whatever you can dream up, but the space does not need much! We recommend simple flowers or tea lights for the tables.

Are there any restrictions on use of the space? We do allow candles, items to be hung from our drop ceiling (if approved hanging method is used) and items to be hung from walls using non-abrasive, blue painters tape. We do ask that loose confetti, glitter and sequence is not used. If additional clean up or repair is needed fees may be charged.

Can we have our event on a Sunday? Yes! We allow full use of the patio on a Sunday for no additional rental fees, but setup fees still apply. See page 3 for details.

Are there any noise restrictions? Lakewood has a 9pm noise ordinance limiting outdoor noise in the city. Music on the patio should be respectful of our neighbors.

Are non-alcoholic beverages included? Yes, they are included with the purchase of a food package.

Can I use any vendor or do you have a preferred vendors list? Please feel free to use your favorite vendors.

Can I use an outside vendor for cake and desserts? We love working with all Cleveland-area creatives so please feel free to use whomever you are comfortable with. We charge $1 per person to cut and serve your cake.

If ceremony and reception will be held in the same space will we have enough time & staff to make this a seamless transition? Yes! When discussing floorplan & layout in the second planning meeting with our event coordinator, decisions will be made about what spaces are best to use for each event on the timeline. Most of the time the only space that needs to be flipped quickly is the outdoor space.

Is gratuity included in the invoice? No. There is a 21% service fee added to all charges for private events. This fee pays our staff their hourly event-related wages (front and back of house staff needed to host your event). This charge is not a gratuity and does not go directly to staff as tip. If you choose to leave additional funds, the amount indicated will go to the staff as tip. Please be sure to leave any additional funds with a manager to ensure even distribution to the staff.
