Neither THE GSDC of ATLANTA,INC., GSDCNGA, nor anyone connected with the presentation of this event assumes any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for their families or children. EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR OWN DOGS Entries must be on official AKC entry forms. The club will not be held responsible for spelling errors due to illegible entry forms. Entry forms must be signed at the bottom by the owner or agent. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the club it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. NO FAX ENTRIES. Any overnight private carriers requiring a signature upon delivery will not be guaranteed to be received in time to meet required deadline for closing. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be $20 fee on returned checks. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a cash only basis. Canadian exhibitors: make checks/money orders in U.S. funds. Dogs need be present only for scheduled time of judging; those dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges are not required to wait for any dogs holding up a class. All dogs present must be on leash or confined to crates. Prizes will not be mailed. All awards must be picked up the day of the show before the published closing time. If veterinary attention is required, the exhibitor is responsible for the veterinarian’s emergency fee and medical expenses incurred.

The American Kennel Club Rules and Regulations will govern these Events and Exhibitors must make themselves familiar with the agreement of the American Kennel Club, referred to on the reverse side of the entry blanks that accompany this Show Premium List. • The American Kennel Club will collect a $3.00 Event Service Fee for the first entry of a dog and a $3.00 service fee for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes, in all AKC licensed and member club events. The current 50 cent recording fee will continue to be collected where applicable. The event-giving club shall assume the responsibility of collecting all Event Service Fees for The American Kennel Club. These event service and recording fees shall be forwarded to The American Kennel Club along with all other required event results within seven (7) days of the close of the event.. • CANADIAN CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS MUST BE DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS, AND/OR MADE PAYABLE IN U.S. FUNDS AND PAYMENT MADE THROUGH PAYPAL. • No Entry will be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Telegraph, e-mail and unsigned entries cannot be accepted and will be returned. Entries not on Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement and Rules on reverse side are NOT ACCEPTABLE. The Club assumes no responsibility for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or the owner’s agent. RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLETENESS OF ENTRY RESTS SOLELY WITH ENTRANT. • RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. GSDC of Atlanta will add a $40.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor or agent may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY BASIS. • REFUNDS for cancellations due to judge change or cancellations made prior to entries closing will be mailed to said Exhibitor or Agent AFTER THE SHOW. An administrative fee of $5.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries. • Entries will be acknowledged after entries close with entry acknowledgment and judging program sent to address on entry form. Should Exhibitor NOT receive an acknowledgment within a reasonable time contact GSDC of Atlanta.. • Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrectly. There is no refund for DUPLICATE ENTRIES or OVERPAYMENTS. GSDC Atlanta will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the Show, NO REFUND will be made. To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline 877-252-3229. • Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. • Only dogs eligible for these shows will be admitted into the show area. There is no provision for unentered dogs. • LOSS OR DAMAGE – The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these Shows. The welfare of an Exhibitor’s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that Exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children. • Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS . This show is Unbenched. Show hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No admission is charged. . Dogs which according to their owner’s records have completed the requirements for a championship after closing for this show, but whose championships are unconfirmed may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best Of Breed completion, provided this transfer is made by the Show Secretary at least one-half hour before prior to the start of judging of this show. A recording fee of $.50 and event service fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club show or Obedience Trial. This recording fee is to be collected by the show- giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club.(American Kennel Club Rules Chapter 11, Section 2.) . Class prizes will be awarded in the ring to the person showing the dog, who will be considered the owner or authorized agent. . The Management and Show- giving club disclaims any liability after the judging is over. . Owners are responsible for errors on entry blanks. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the show committee or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it was entered incorrectly. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event of a natural disaster. Dogs not duly entered in the show will be allowed within its precincts during the continuance of the show. . Dogs need to be present only at the scheduled time of judging according to the judging program (e) mailed to exhibitors. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Postmarks of envelopes, time of mailing, post office errors, etc. are factors that cannot be taken into consideration in determining whether entries are “in” before closing deadline. . It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have his dog ready to be shown and at the entrance of the judging ring when the steward calls for the class. . Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a cash basis only. . Canadian exhibitors: make checks/money orders in U.S. funds. . Dogs need to be present only for the scheduled time of judging, those dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges are not required to wait for any dog holding up a class. All dogs present must be on a leash or confined to crates. . Prizes will not be mailed. All awards must be picked up the day of the show before the published closing time. IMPORTANT NOTICE .
