Obtain an Offer Letter / Email Complete the Service Provider MOU (New Provider)

2. Meet with Program Manager Activate Internship Tab on YCareers Complete Online Application Form

3. Meet with Internship Coordinator (Academic Department)

Complete Learning Agreement (Objectives & Evidence) Make sure that objectives and evidence are documented

Submit Your Resume / Complete a Mock Interview Make sure it is an Approved Professional Resume Complete Interview on Interview Stream

CLEARANCE & REGISTRATION

Coordinated by Alumni & Career Services Departments Involved:

1. Housing (If living on-campus)2. Financial Services 3. PCC (if employee)

Check Dates & Deadlines: Winter (31st Oct), Summer (31st Mar), Fall (31st Aug)

NB: Register for an Internship: Permitted only for the semester / term when internship is

being completed (Cannot intern in the Summer and Register in the Fall)

Internship Timeframe: Minimum 6 Weeks
