TERMS & CONDITIONS: • Rewards in this Membership Rewards Catalogue are valid from 15 April 2020 – 31 March 2021.• These Rewards are offered to Card members who holds American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) except THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card. • Redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances, except damage caused by the merchant or delivery process. • All rewards will be delivered approximately 10 business days from the date of redemption. • Rewards will be delivered to the billing address of Card members. • American Express reserves the right to process the redemption based on stock availability and to offer the rewards on a first come first serve basis. • American Express reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards or the rewards conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • The Terms and Conditions of Membership Rewards program. (“American Express”). • The minimum amount of Membership Rewards points required for redemption is 10,000 points, which can be converted to Baht 1,500 or Baht 1,700 credited into the Card account when you make a payment at participating merchants. • Every incremental of 10,000 points can be redeemed for an additional Baht 1,500 or Baht 1,700 credit value. The total credit value must not exceed the purchase amount made at participating merchants during the Program period. • Card member must call the Platinum Customer Service at 0 2273 5599 for Points for Credit redemption. • The redeemed amount will be in the form of credit adjustment into the Basic Card account within 30 days after the date of receiving the redemption request and the Membership Rewards points redemption is completed. • Redeemed Membership Rewards points cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged to cash or other benefits in kind. • The PFC Privilege is only available to Card members whose all accounts with American Express are in good standing and the Card members must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of American Express Card membership from the date they receive the privilege to the date they use the privilege. • In case of insufficient Membership Rewards points for redemption, American Express reserves the right to not proceed to redeem the Membership Rewards points for credit transaction. • American Express reserves the right to terminate or change the PFC Privileges’ Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
