The Debt Review process helps you to handle your money and also secure you

from any legal action that may be taken against you, only in the suggested pay

back plan that is agreed on between you and your creditors.

You can also apply for debt review with the help of the (NCR) National Credit

Regulator.

The National Credit Regulator will relate you to an authorized Debt

Counsellor in your area, who will evaluate your financial situation and help you

take appropriate actions to resolve your financial problem.

The Debt Counsellor negotiates with all your creditors to achieve an agreement

with them regarding a payback proposal. If you qualify you will be officially

placed under debt review.
